Applying to rent a house, townhouse, duplex, condo or in a rental community is a fast and simple process.
The rental process consists of searching for a place, choosing a place, submitting an offer, getting your offer accepted, signing the lease, then finally moving-in. Rental applications will typically ask basic questions like your name, current address, current landlord, employment, references, etc.
A majority of the landlords will require a background and credit check with no evictions.
To qualify for a rental, the prospective tenant will need to earn at least three times the rent. For example, if the rent is $2,500.00 a month the household will need to earn at least $7,500.00 a month to qualify. Some properties may be attached to a homeowners association or condo association.
